Experience & Skills:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years mid to senior management experience within the Fruit and Vegetables sector
  • Business-to-business sales experience; strong general business capabilities, P&L management
  • Existing extensive network of customers and suppliers.
  • Know Your Role:

  • Build and lead the F&V vertical for Grow Indigo's Agri output business.
  • Acquire new key accounts in retail, wholesalers, exporters, catering, and hospitality sector etc. in domestic market for F&V segment.
  • Develop export market linkages in F&V segment.
  • Develop supplier base to fulfil the orders received from different customers.
  • Develop long-term partnerships with targeted accounts that result in increased sales and margins.
  • Execute channel sales strategy to assure strategic alignment with the business overarching strategic plan.
  • Monitor, control and maintain product allocations and pricing strategy.
  • Qualifications:

  • B.Sc/Msc. Agri or a degree in Agri business management.
